Situated in Savoie, 10 km to Chambéry and Aix les bain, in the Riviera des Alpes territory, le Bourget-du-Lac is on the south side of the Bourget lake at the foot of the Dent du Chat. Its environment is a fabulous playground for lovers of outdoor sports. You could try different nautic activities on the Bourget lake: sailing, pedal boats, wake surfing, stand up paddle, rowing, diving, canoeing and of course swimming in water of around 25°C. Fishing lovers could live a unique experience on the bigger naturel lake of France and fishing pike or lavaret.
In front of the Revard and Bauges Massif, you could also enjoyed the pleasure of the montain as bicycle, via ferrata, hikings: Challenge yourself and climb the mythical Dent du Chat!

Situated on the same bank as Hautecombe Abbey, the Ile aux Cygnes campsite is the ideal place to explore the Savoie and Haute-Savoie.
For gourmets, it is in this southern part of the Lac du Bourget that you will find a wide variety of restaurants, from snacks to gastronomic meals.
